JACKFRUIT APPAM Hello peeps ! I'm back after a short gap🙋 . Sorry for not posting any recipes 🙏. Was little busy as it is vacay time for me 😎😎. Ok , so today i'm here with an exciting , juicy , crunchy & very tasty snack recipe. My sissy made this specially for me when i came back to kerala as jackfruit is my one & only favourite fruit 😋😋😋. So here we are sharing our recipe (secret recipe 🙊🙊) with you guys. This is a sweet , crunchy & juicy appam which will be loved by every one including kids. To make this appam more tastier use very ripened jackfruit which gives more sweetness to the appam . And while making jaggery syrup , grate jaggery with a grater or powder it using a hand mortar & pestle , & then melt jaggery with very less water , so that we will get thick jaggery syrup & strain it well to remove any impurities.
