SPICY SCHEZWAN CHICKEN Schezwan chicken or szechuan chicken is originally a chinese cuisine but we can see many variations of the same dish . Here the recipe which we have shared is an indo - chinese cuisine & this is also little bit spicy . The authentic recipe is done with schezwan peppers which is also known as chinese coriander. But as we already mentioned this is a schezwan chicken with indian touch, so we have used dried red chilli in this recipe along with home made red chilli paste. Its always better to use boneless tender breast pieces of chicken than a whole one. The oil which is left after frying the marinated chicken is not wasted here. We have used the same oil for gravy which adds good aroma  to the dish. This is a thick semi gravy recipe which goes very well with any kind of rotis & fried rice. OATS BANANA PUTTU Puttu is a kerala cuisine which is an unavoidable breakfast dish for every malayalee . The basic puttu is prepared by using rice flour & grated coconut  & goes well with kadala curry (chana) as a side dish. 😋😋 Here we came with a unique version of puttu , yes oats banana puttu . Instead of rice flour we are using oats & also some chopped bananas too. This is a simple & easy recipe which can be done in minutes . There is no much complicated ingredients or procedures .The only thing which should be taken care of ,for the beginners is to make sure that the mixture should be like bread crumbs consistency. Do not add lot of water that ends up in being a form of dough . This is really a healthy breakfast option as we are steaming oats along with bananas. Mocktails are a non alcoholic version of cocktails. (If needed you can add little bit of  rum to mocktails too).Yes , this is a non - alcoholic drink ,so guys you can easily prepare this at home ❌🍺❌ . Usually Pineapple juice & lime juice gives a sweet and tangy flavour, along with curacao that adds cooling blue color to it.  DATES VADA Dates vada is a simple recipe with very less ingredients. Its an evening snack which goes very well with" chai " .☺This is a good snack option for kids when they come back from school because its a sweet vada & its healthy too as its basic ingredients are semolina which boosts energy, dates which provides essential vitamins & minerals needed for proper child growth, and last but not least egg which are complete source of protein. STEAMED CUP CAKE  Cup cakes are evening snackyss which makes everyone drool over it.😋😋Usually cup cakes are baked &  then filled with frosting. But for a change , here we are steaming cup cakes!! Simple right? ☺ . And the basic ingredients for cup cakes are sugar , butter, eggs, flour, etc. Here comes the twist in our recipe!! Instead of flour we are using semolina . Yes , why should we boost flour in everything 😏😏. Semolina has few health benefits too. It always keeps u feel full for a longer period. It boosts energy , prevents anemia and improves kidney function & heart health. Its a good source of potassium & vitamin E & B too. Semolina is high in gluten , so its not safe for those who are sensitive to gluten . Here we used silicon rubbers for steaming and we completely avoided frosting.                 EASY MIRCHI KABAB      Mirchi kabab is a simple and easy dish which everyone can cook at home in no time.🍡🍢 It has no difficulty in preparation & this recipe needs very less & easily available ingredients. The main ingredient in this recipe is ofcourse chillies (mirch). So yes, this is a bit spicy recipe.  Usually kababs are served as a starter with dips or chutneys. For kababs, boneless chicken  is the best option. It can be skewered,charcoal grilled or baked in oven.                   SOYA MANJURIAN Soya manjurian is an indo - chinese veg cuisine. This is a semi gravy dish. Soya is a good source of veg protein & is low fat too.                                 KULFI Mmmmmm..... kulfi...😋😋yummy traditional indian icecream . Yes, this is an indian cuisine and to my knowledge its origin is from mughals. (Oh !!!this is royal too😜)This is similar like icecream but much thicker and denser version of it with whole lots of milk milk milk !!!!!!  There are wide ranges of kulfi like pistachio , rose , kesar badam, mango , malai,  & so on. These are the traditional ones.   SEETHAPAL CREAM Hello guys!! Today we are here with an easy, quick and rich dessert with only 5 ingredients.😋 Tada !!!💃💃💃This is an indian cuisine & to be exact a haji ali (mumbai)dessert 😀. Its texture is so creamy  that it melts in your mouth and also by adding dry fruits you will get that nutty effect too...This chilling cream is a definite try .. Preparation "" "" "" "" "" "" Blend Custard apple pulp, milk maid ,fresh cream & milk in a mixer  and make a thick paste. Pour it in a bowl and set it in fridge for an hour or as required.  Serve it chilled with dry fruits.

GRAPE BANANA PUNCH Hello guys! Today we are here with a super cool juice . Its summer and we have to keep ourselves hydrated . This is tasty as well as healthy .  Grape banana punch "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" Ingredients ------------------ 1. Black grapes - 1kg 2. Sugar - 2 cups 3.Banana -2 4.Water - 7or8 cups 5.Frozen milk-1/2 cup 6. Vanila ice cream-1 scoop Method "" "" "" "" "" ""  Wash and boil the grapes with water and sugar together . Mash the grapes thoroughly and strain it . Once done we can store the grape syrup in the fridge and can be used as required.  Now for the juice take 1/4 cup of grape syrup, add banana , frozen  milk & vanila icecream to it.
